The total number of vacancies for NTCP (Non-Technical Popular Categories) through the 2019-2020 exam is 35208, decreased from the earlier announcement of 35277. The RRB Allahabad cancelled the DLW vacancies. The information is as per the latest notification released by RRB.

RRB NTPC posts are divided into two groups: one, Graduate Posts and two, Undergraduate Posts. As per the 7th CPC, the following is the salary bestowed under each category with their initial month pay.

RRB NTPC 2020 – Fee Details

The following schedule shows the fee structure of the RRB NTPC 2020 examination.

RRB NTPC 2020 – Selection Process

The entire selection process of the RRB NTPC 2020 Recruitment Process shall encompass the following five phases:

  1. First Stage CBT
  2. Second Stage CBT
  3. Typing Test (Skill Test)/Aptitude Test
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination

RRB NTPC 2020 – Exam Pattern

The entire recruitment process of the RRB NTPC 2020 involves a few phases: first, Stage I Computed-Based Test (CBT); second, Stage II Computer-Based Test (CBT), and third, a Typing Skill Test/Computer-Based Aptitude Test. Along with this, there will be a Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Please take note that the selection of candidates strictly depends on their performance in all these aforementioned stages; in other words, purely on merit.

Q1. When are the CBT Stage 1 RRB NTPC 2020 scheduled?

A1. For RRB NTPC 2020 exam, the Stage I Computer-Based Test will be conducted from December 28, 2020, to March 2021.

A2. No, there is no slot-booking facility; RRB assigns exam dates.

Q3. When can I download the RRB NTPC E-Call Letter?

A3. You can have your e-call letter downloaded 4 days before the RRB NTPC test.

Q4. Is there any negative marking in CBT Stage 1 and 2?

A4. Yes, in CBTs, the RRB will adopt the negative marking for incorrect answers. For every error or wrong answer, 1/3rd of the marks will be deducted.

Q5. Will the scores be normalised?

A5. Yes, at all stages of the RRB NTPC exam, the board will normalise marks.
